Mississauga Multilingual Fringe Festival
ICS Theatre had the opportunity to showcase Park at the Mississauga Multilingual Fringe Festival, Canada.
PARK is a Hindi play, written by Manav Kaul and directed by renowned playwright and director, Sahitya Akademi award recipient, Mahesh Dattani and Associate Director, Barkha Kishnani.
The play takes a light-hearted look at issues of space, ownership and territory that inevitably leads to questions of identity and belonging.

A series by our talented youth

At ICS Theatre, we believe in encouraging our local talent, and community participation. In this new initiative, we extend our Emerging Artists' Program by inviting our youth, near and far, to take the plunge and showcase their talents and passions related to theatre through monologues, scenes, or share their knowledge on theatre, its history, stagecraft technologies, etc.

ICST is proud to showcase a monologue by Madhuwuanti Bhat who completed Mahesh Dattani’s 3-Level Theater Workshop in 2020.
Level 1: Find Beauty, Ease, Entirety & Form (BEEF) in your performance through an active study of a given monologue.
Level 2: Japanese narrative structure of Jo Ha Kyu to discover the varying tempos and energy flow in your monologue.
Level 3: Introduction of Michael Chekhov’s system of Triplicity, Polarity & Transformation which helps to achieve BEEF.

kids' Summer camp
ICS Theatre held a fun free 5-day summer camp (virtual) for kids!
Introduction to the art of theatre and storytelling through fun exercises in a relaxed and encouraging atmosphere while developing public speaking skills!
