The Girl Who Touched the Stars was inspired by the life of Kalpana Chawla, the first Indian woman in outer space. The story begins on a space shuttle taking off to Mars with the first woman, an American of Indian origin, Bhavna Patel, leading a team of astronauts on a pioneering adventure.
Bhavna Patel meets her younger self, trapped in limbo somewhere out there. She's determined to dig deeper into her past and discover the horrific truth behind her career choice. She begins to love herself and lets go of the baggage she carries with her to become the girl who touched the stars.

Can mere words tell a story of a love that transcends time and space?
ICS Theatre presents the story of Melissa and Andy - An impossible love story built over years of friendship and reams of love letters.
Love Letters (1988) inspired an Indian context adaptation “Tumhari Amrita”(1992). The Hindi/Urdu version was created by playwright Javed Siddiqui. It was directed by Feroz Abbas Khan and its original cast included Shabana Azmi and Farooq Shaikh.
