MANDAR GADRE
ARTISTIC DIRECTOR
Mandar Gadre has been associated with community theatre for over 20 years. He possesses a very strong understanding of theatre as a medium of entertainment. He has been fortunate to be a part of community theatre plays as an actor.
He has performed in multiple theatre festivals in USA as well as India (NCPA in Mumbai, Academy of Fine Arts in Kolkata etc.)
His directorial debut in 2023 (a short play in English performed in NJ, USA) was greatly appreciated by the audience.
In addition to theatre, he has been pursuing his other hobbies as the time permits such as travel, Bollywood dancing, playing cricket etc.
Mandar holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and works in IT sector.

ARCHANA TILVE
Production manager
Archana, is a finance director by profession and has been part of the Indian Cultural Society (ICS) as a volunteer and member since 1999.
She has always enjoyed theater as a spectator and is thrilled to now bring her organizational skills to ICS Theatre. Besides the arts, she's passionate about reading, hiking, and travel.

ADITI AGRAWAL
PUBLICITY &MARKETING
Aditi is a dedicated homemaker and loving mother of two boys. She has always been inclined towards all forms of art which allows her to connect with people and express herself, be it painting, music, dance or theatre. For the past few years, she has been learning Hindustani classical vocal music and pursuing her passion in theatre. When Aditi isn't immersed in theatre or music, she channels her creativity into the kitchen, crafting new recipes and experimenting with culinary art. She has been connected with ICS Theatre for almost 10 years, and has worked both onstage and offstage.

JYOTI DEVNANI
GRANTS
Jyoti Devnani is an accounting professional. She loves nature, enjoys practicing yoga and gardening in her free time.
She takes care of the Grants by working very closely with Middlesex county, New Jersey.

Barkha Kishnani
Ex officio
Barkha Kishnani, a realtor by profession, has a passion for the arts. She is the past-president of the Indian Cultural Society of East Brunswick (ICS) and has been with the organization since 2003. In 2014, Barkha Kishnani, along with the support of the ICS committee and a dedicated team, founded ICS Theatre.
Barkha has experience in all aspects of theatre, including coordinating theatre festivals, managing sound and light, and working as a stage manager and assistant director in several productions. As the founder and main organizer, she has been involved in every aspect of ICS theatre from approaching and recruiting directors, script selection, conducting auditions, and actor training to the nuts and bolts of scheduling, scouting venues, and arranging travel, costumes, props, and musicians. She has worked with several esteemed directors such as Ms. Usha Ganguly, Dr. Mohan Agashe, Dr. Farley Richmond, and Mr. Mahesh Dattani.
Having the acumen to visualize a show from its conception to its final staging, Barkha is adept at converting the director’s vision into reality on stage.
